Is processing and shipping the same thing?

Great question! Processing and shipping are not the same. Processing is how long it takes to prepare your order whereas shipping is how long it takes to receive your order.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final, BUT should you have any issues with your order, please email HelpMeBotanistBee@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving so that we can properly accommodate you.

How many days will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 2-4 business days to receive your order once shipped. Please note that we ship every Sunday.

Are these items machine washable?

Yes they are! It’s advised to wash items on gentle cycle. Also, hang items to dry.

Please note that should your item become damaged during normal wash and wear, we are not responsible and therefore do not offer refunds.

Are these items unisex?

Yes they are!
